Amazing Day with an Amazing Lady - We booked an all-day private photo tour with Leanne Staples of Shoot New York City, and it was the best decision we made for our anniversary trip to New York!

My spouse and I both enjoy photography and wanted to experience Leanne’s New York. When she asked us what we would like to see/do for the day, we replied “Show us what you love about New York”, and she certainly did!

We stayed in Manhattan (next time will be one of the boroughs), and Leanne showed us some novel (to us) ways to photograph familiar landmarks like the Empire State Building. I had wanted to see some street art (murals and “graffiti” and such), and we saw amazing work that we would have totally overlooked on our own. Leanne showed us how to notice opportunities for great pictures, and created fabulous memories for us!

The pictures we have are awesome, and we are already discussing when we will go back. And the techniques she showed us have already been used in photographing our hometown. We have a slideshow that we run on our TV, and our family and friends love watching it (not like Grandma’s old slides!) and one couple is planning to go out with her next time they are in NYC.

In short, we highly recommend Shoot New York City photo tours!
