This is a 4 hour street photography workshop in Chinatown is limited to 5 people. It is off the beaten path in Chinatown. We spend the entire time on the street shooting, discussing and reviewing. No matter what your level of experience is, amateur to professional, there's something for everyone. All digital cameras are good for the workshop. And film works too! There is a brief online portfolio review to be scheduled after the event.
The workshop runs rain or shine with the exception of extreme weather. Make certain to have fully charged batteries, empty memory cards, wear comfortable shoes and prepare for the weather. You can see some of my recent street photography on my site.
"I had such a great experience attending Leanne's street photography workshop in Chinatown. I feel like I learned how to use my eyes in a fresh, new way. It was such an eye-opening, intimate view of a part of the city that I had never explored before. Leanne knows Chinatown and was so great at pointing out hidden gems and stunning backdrops. I really enjoyed and appreciated her guidance and individual attention even within a group. She is friendly with a very down-to-earth approach. Leanne was patient, insightful and encouraging and I never felt rushed. I'm so pleased with the images I captured on that day. I highly recommend Leanne's workshops and I plan on taking more in the future. Chinatown Street Photography Workshop." - Libby, New York City.
